Not updated on the car, had to phone garage to get an update, curtesy car was a manual when I drive an automatic and have done for the last 5 years, No alternative available
I make the appointment with the service team, bring in the car and the job is do and explained what has been done during the service and what need looking at next time without any fuss.
It's always been excellent over the last 20 years I've used them and continues to be so; the refurbished service centre is also a big improvement!!
All concerns were dealt with and the service was carried out very quickly
Excellent friendly pickup both ways, car returned in very good condition.
We brought the car in for a standard service but were not informed until we collected the vehicle that there was some work that could not be completed and we'd have to bring the car back on a different date.
Very well received. As I was waiting for service, whole area was rather busy so not really able to do any work, but it was my choice to wait. First service at 18000 miles- no real explanation as to why next one due only 8000 miles later.

Dropped 1 x star as the parking at the dealership is now really poor for customers.
Long wait (50 mins to get a lift into work at 8:30) had to call a cab in the end.

Difficulty getting courtesy car in past. Booking must be made weeks in advance. This is ok for known service appointments but when the car (brand new) has a problem it is not acceptable. Multiple visits and issue not resolved.
They fixed the problem with my car before the time given and I am very happy with the work.
Was not given a text or email reminder before the date. Was told my car would be ready soon at 15:50, then told again at 16:15, then told at 16:50 that it would be 10 minutes, it eventually turned up at 17:40! No paperwork with breakdown of work done
I was looked after well by the staff, and they kept to the time they had given me for the car being ready. It I nor their fault that the car is causing me some anxiety as there now appears to be a further problem with the automatic windows.
See above plus on checking tyre pressure the rear tyres had been set to the pressure for a fully loaded vehicle rather than standard load. This after having been advised that the rear tyres would need to be replaced later this year.
Car wasnt cleaned to a high standard, inside and out, to the standard experienced by Listers or Synter. Satnav voice commands has intermittent delayed fault, was advised theres nothing much we can do other than refresh the system

As with my previous answer the car was ready on time, clean and ready to go. In addition all the professional and seemed to know exactly what was going on with the cars they were responsible for

Service adviser, Simon Ellingham went that extra mile when speaking to another customer.
The switching over of a parcel shelf should have been a 5 min job (as advised) but I was in the reception area for 40 mins. No great drama as I had delayed a meeting but slightly disappointing based on my usual experience.
The service was carried out efficiently, and the service advisor was helpful and courteous.
I was unaware that I had a hole in my tyre. I was sent a little video pointing out the fault, which I found very informative. The garage were able to replace the tyre on the same day and therefore retest for the m.o.t.
they are trying to resolve the problem, beings i was advised to go to sycamores and not barons.
There were a couple of things I was less satisfied this time. The 'next service due' in my car computer was not reset so it showed a service was due and the inside of the car was not vacuumed particularly well.
Work completed exactly to agreed time schedule, waiting facilities very good.
The parts guys to sales and also service par one were really friendly and that's half the battle won.

Service was carried out within time, but the only after service concern I have is that the tailgate is now noisy on opening & closing which I did not notice before going in for service. Maybe a coincidence?
All good from when I stepped into the service centre. As a woman I found it a relaxed pleasant surrounding.
Car was fixed the same day including a clean, receptionist remembered my name, planned lift was on time. Overall excellent service.

Very satisfied on the day but have a concern over longer term BMW ownership. Vehicle has covered more than 110,000 miles and I intend to keep it but dealer has declined to carry out gearbox oil change for me (I fully understand not part of schedule)
I was told beforehand what the service entailed. After completion of the service I was informed of any issues such as a slight buckling in the nearside front wheel.
They let me bring my puppy into the service office when dropping the car off and my baby which made things a lot easier

Work that was required was carried out promptly.
When the engine oil was changed, the oil left in the under tray was not wiped up and consequently dripped out on to my new drive.

Perhaps my only criticism is that I was not advised about the increased tax on my new car until picking it up from the showroom and had to find a further £315 on the day without advance notice. BMW could have gone 50/50 at least on this add'l cost!
Chris Chapman at sycamore peterborough is both genuine and very professional. He has a different approach to many car salesman I have worked with and it made buying my new car a pleasure. I would always recommend him to anyone in the market for a BMW
