I complained about the state of my BMW alloy wheels which are clearly rusting as a result of poor manufacturing process. I bought them new with the vehicle. It was agreed that they would be looked at and BMW asked about what could be done.
Service was finished in the time I was given
A bit of a slow start, but overall I felt looked after
Initial receipt of car was good (no booking). It had broken down. RAC Patrolman carried out roadside repair. My wife then drove it to garage. Service assistant failed to read comprehensive email setting out symptoms before calling me the next week.
Still waiting for call back on 2 issues

I am aware that it is difficult as there is building work being completed in the normal service area but felt that better use could have been made of the large sales area/showroom for clients having their cars serviced.Service = Sales not vice versa

On collecting car after service I was told it was ' somewhere in the car park'. As service area was being refurbed I had to collect my keys from the main BMW garage, search the car park, then cross the road to find car outside service centre.
Took too long to get through on the telephone. The amount of time needed to wait at drop off and pick up was extensive. I was not advised that brake pads and oil needed changing in 3200 miles. I only found this out through the service indicator later
Change of tyres to summer tyres.Parking was near impossible although both car parks were in use. I have a service due in June, very worried about parking then due to 'refurb'.Just to add to this, the receptionist did park the car for me.
Very good communication from service staff pre and post visit to diagnose and sort a problem on a rarely seen BMW M6 Gran Coupe, I was shown the problem and saw the complexity of fixing it, however the job was completed quickly and without an issue.
1st service and extra accessories needed. Simon went extra length to find all costs & details regarding fitting of the accessories before booking my car in. Amanda also quickly found out I can take out the service inclusive package for me to buy.
We traveled 70 miles to use this dealership because the customer service is excellent.

Period of time car had for due to not being able to get part. Car was valleted however on the inside cleaning product was left of the windows and centre area did not appear to be cleaned.

The service was excellent but the problem was caused by something that was supposed to have been resolved while you had the car for 3 days pre christmas
The visit was for a simple MOT with a booked "waiting" appointment which I was told would take just over an hour. The car was actually in the workshop for over 2 hours and I missed an important appointment.
Excellent customer skills and a good level of service
The work was all completed as scheduled, on time whilst I waited; all staff were polite and courteous. Alex, the customer advisor kept me informed, Sarah the service manager introduced herself, Steve the technician met me to explain the work.

I purchased the car as an approved used car from BMW and it came with a service plan. I found it quite disappointing to be told that I could not have the oil service carried out until a certain milage. This was not explained at the time I booked.
Initial contact a little frustrating, but my partner specifically asked for Alex who is excellent.
Alex confirmed to me in advance both the extent of and cost of the service. Chris gave me a lift home and collected me at the agreed time. Alex saw me to my car which had been vacuumed and washed.
It would have been completely satisfied however I felt the staff at check in were going through the motion and had an air of superiority which bordered on condescension. The car was return in emasculate condition

Overall the experience was very slick, efficient and professional. I dropped 0.5 a point as the cost of the service was somewhat higher than I was expecting but that does not reflect on the quality of the experience or service.
