It was a nice and easy experience
Car was in to have "Drive Train" fault repaired. ECR replaced and software updated. Now tailgate will not open from key fob unless all doors are unlocked first so car has to go back in to have this rectified which is inconvenient.
Because my air conditioning still smells so deodorisation didn't work.
Everything was fully explained and vehicle was returned washed and hoovered.
Everything was done efficiently and well
It would be nice for BMW to lend a car with a full tank of fuel and obviously it returned to a full tank. lending a car with 49 miles in the tank is very frustrating when you need to get to somewhere and the first thing you need to do is find fuel.

Service throughout was quick and easy polite staff all round great customer service.
All went to plan as advised and the experience was painless.
I arrived at 10.15. Coffee and newspapers are fine but there was still a wasted time of nearly 3 hours before I was able to leave. I also requested attention to a faulty bonnet catch. I was not told whether it was fixed or what was wrong with it.
Friendly and helpful staff
Service was great, friendly staff, and didn't take as long as stated. One thing they missed was a warning light for coolant on the dash, which I found was intermittent so this could have not flashed up. Perhaps coolant should have been checked ?

The on-line booking facility was vague and I never had my question answered as to "what would the the estimated cost". The collection / return service was excellent. The guy who called me with progress / to take payment was lethargic.

I had the car taken off my drive on the day it was booked in, a call during the day to advise me what had been done and estimated time it would be returning to me, it was delivered back on time nicely washed and cleaned out .

No problems with both cars. Only bad mark is the difficulty to understand computer as regards map reading. Much easier to use an i-Pad...

I had to have an unexpected repair and due to the short notice and living in Huntingdon I spent the day in your company from 8am. At 3.45pm I was informed that the wrong part had been supplied. Staff were very apologetic and arranged a car home.

I hadn't booked a lift, into Peterborough, but a driver was found very quickly for me. I was kept fully informed of the progress of the brake fluid change, and told the cost before the work started.
The overall service, including the referral to the BMW Emergency team, provision of courtesy car and the communication on repair progress was excellent. I never give "top marks" as this leaves no room for improvement however small that might be.

I had a new tyre fitted which failed after just 20 miles. It appears this was just bad luck but Sycamore were totally unsympathetic. Despite failing less than 10 miles from garage Sycamore would not help me. (M3 has no spare)
