I feel like I was charged too much :-( and I still think there is an issue with the steering. What was done was a test drive and correcting tyre pressures but I was unable to find out what pressures the tyres had been at, despite asking.

The quality of service was beyond expectations; it was far quicker than estimated, and I was happy with the standard of comfort and facilities (ie coffee machine, TV etc.) during my brief visit.
I was concerned to hear other customers' payment details being taken over the telephone and card numbers being repeated back to them in an open office within earshot of other customers. The is a breach of personal data.
You left one of your rear view mirror advertising things hanging off my rear view mirror. I didnt ask for that and dont want one. I had to take it down and then i was left with the rubbish in my car to dispose of.
It was very easy to organise and everyone had a very professional approach. I had detailed information as to what had been carried out and why.

Overall service was very good.
It was determined by checking the web that I actually had 2 items that needed inspection. The staff member then gave me an appointment then and there and it was sorted.

Service was fine. I was disappointed that one of the recommendations is to replace shock absorbers. Cost of parts £25.08, cost of fitting £363.89. I gather that they are difficult to reach, which feels like a design fault and is somewhat off putting.
Nothing is too much trouble, the team at Sycamore couldnt be more helpful.

Had to wait a number of days to get the car in for a service. No courtesy cars available even though is was booked in circa 10 days in advance.
Friendly and helpful
They did the service job and provided good service. I wasn't impressed by the proposed charge to investigate the suspension problem . My local independent garage identified the problem at no cost.
I had an egr cooler problem, but was only told about it after the car had used 1 litre of coolant. Why didnt you just tell me first that there was a problem. Generally, BMW is a quality product, so have some quality integrity too.
Everything was okay except the price. The micro filter came with a major price and £15 a litre for oil is excessive.
Cannot fault the attention to detail and the caring way that I WAS LOOKED AFTER

It's my car and I don't want to leave the oil change that long, so I had an additional one carried out in the middle. This time, I wanted it done before a long trip - some 4000 miles early. Dealer advised that "computer says no" Customer service?
Wrong car registration (I have two BMWs) was booked in. Warranty work was reinstallation of core Navigation software following corruption by BMW map upgrade. Not told when collected car that other software would be up dated too.
I was able to work in comfort whilst the service was being carried out, the car was returned in sparkling condition and some helpful suggestions were made in respect of tyre maintenance.
I found out I advance what the service comprised of, found itrelevant and was dry pleased with the result. Well done Sycamores.

I needed to get the car back by Wednesday, because I was going into hospital. In the circumstances I perhaps needed more reassurance than usual, but I told them the situation and still had to keep calling.

Car was returned with all faults resolved. But unfortunately wasn't cleaned. I believe all cars are cleaned as standard. Would this happen if I bring my 535 m sport?
No issues, price wasn't the cheapest but very convenient for me as walking distance. Staff were all very polite and the new service centre is a nice place to while away an hour.

The dealer allowed me to drive the exact model I was interested in buying, gave me good advice regarding finance, and pointed out the obvious advantages. They made me feel like my business was important to them.
The paperwork was all in order and again fully explained during the handover procedure, without sitting around for long periods. I was also given a full explanation of the cars control systems.

Occasionally things in life dont always go to plan however its the way things are dealt with and the results that matter. Altho our car delivery was a little later than expected, we were kept informed and made sure that we were not inconvenienced.
