Efficient, caring, clean and they collect my car
I was told beforehand what the service entailed. After completion of the service I was informed of any issues such as a slight buckling in the nearside front wheel.
Very satisfied on the day but have a concern over longer term BMW ownership. Vehicle has covered more than 110,000 miles and I intend to keep it but dealer has declined to carry out gearbox oil change for me (I fully understand not part of schedule)
They let me bring my puppy into the service office when dropping the car off and my baby which made things a lot easier

Every aspect of my visit was well managed, and the work was carried out as requested, on time.
When the engine oil was changed, the oil left in the under tray was not wiped up and consequently dripped out on to my new drive.
Work that was required was carried out promptly.

Staff are always very pleasant and they make you feel that they appreciate your custom.
The service was very good. One point for improvement, this is the second time I have used Sycamore to service my vehicle and on each occasion I have had to wait for a further 1 hour and 1 hour plus. Car was left at 8:30 a.m.

The repair was completed within the estimated time scale, but I felt that the labour charge was a little expensive, although slightly lower than the initial estimate.
Car was fixed promptly with the minimum of fuss
Booked MOT for specified time with a given waiting time of 1.5 hours. Without further updates eventually waited 2.25 hours.
Provided appropriate facilities while I wait and kept me informed
I cannot fault them on anything - not even the coffee or the comfort of the waiting area!
As Ive said everyone was very polite and helpful and my car was returned to me fully MOTd, brake fluid changed (as was included in my service pack) and car fully valeted.

Experience was very good, if a little pricey
I wasn't 100% happy with being crammed into the car when dropped off. Three to fit into the back seat. I would have been happier if I was asked to wait for the others to be dropped off. No big deal though. The driver was very good.
Service was carried out on time and up dates where given to me while I waited for the car.

Not happy at all as this was my first service and I never heard any noise before. Richard confirmed that there was an issue. The BMW service should have asked for me to bring the car in so that they could look at the issue at least if not fix it.
The problem was resolved in a timely manner and my car came back clean and looked after.

First estimate was incorrect
Everything went to plan, other than tyres!! I wanted you to replace my 2 back tyre. Gone after £16k miles and I drive very easily. I got a quote from Sycamore and they were £100 more for two tyres than kwic fit. Annoying as I am a busy person
I have a 54 mile round trip to BMW Sycamore. I was told my vehicle was to be ready for 17:00. At 16:55 I was called to inform me of a potential issue. The mechanic had broke another part of the car. Surely more than 5 minutes notice should be given !
I had to wait an hour for my lift in the morning, however I do understand that the other driver was ill and so accept that these things happen

Service carried out efficiently Told at end of service may need new tyres . I was taken and collected from town during the service, Car was washed and valeted which is always good.
Having booked vehicle in I was informed that I was not entitled to a courtesy car , having to travel 20 miles each way this inconvenient

Was told it would take 45 minutes so decided to wait. Took nearly 90 minutes. That said, waiting experience was nice with refreshments and comfy chairs
