Polite,quick efficient service
Always treated well apart from arrangements with courtesy vehicles which cannot be supplied late evening before service day.
I was concerned about the length of time that it took to get the appointment which was just for an MOT and oil change but in the end it did not matter
I had the car taken off my drive on the day it was booked in, a call during the day to advise me what had been done and estimated time it would be returning to me, it was delivered back on time nicely washed and cleaned out .
Revamped service department is very comfortable. Customer focused service timings - waiting appointment very good. Coffee great. Nice atmosphere. Informative service staff. Great car valet at the end

Everything was exactly as expected.
I had to have an unexpected repair and due to the short notice and living in Huntingdon I spent the day in your company from 8am. At 3.45pm I was informed that the wrong part had been supplied. Staff were very apologetic and arranged a car home.
The customer service was very good and everyone appeared friendly and eager to assist. All questions confidently answered.

I hadn't booked a lift, into Peterborough, but a driver was found very quickly for me. I was kept fully informed of the progress of the brake fluid change, and told the cost before the work started.
The overall service, including the referral to the BMW Emergency team, provision of courtesy car and the communication on repair progress was excellent. I never give "top marks" as this leaves no room for improvement however small that might be.

I had a new tyre fitted which failed after just 20 miles. It appears this was just bad luck but Sycamore were totally unsympathetic. Despite failing less than 10 miles from garage Sycamore would not help me. (M3 has no spare)

Courteous, polite but forgot to explain technicians findings that there was a nail in my tyre. Basic stuff really!
Waiting area was comfortable and they washed the car afterwards. Only reason that I did not give a full 5/5 is due to the prices not being competitive enough.
My wife took car in for service & had to wait for 5 hours when told only 3. She found communication quite bad as she had to find out what was going on after 3.5hrs & missed school pick up.No handover at end of service either.
The communication I received throughout was outstanding. Finding damage to an alloy wheel after the car was returned to me was disappointing; the subsequent response from the service manager to rectify this was prompt, polite and willing.

Easy to deal with and the job was done in time. I was kept up to date al the way through with any issue that had been found and good advice on what to do.
From the first phone call to the service department about the problem i had the response i received was excellant and very understanding.
I complained about the state of my BMW alloy wheels which are clearly rusting as a result of poor manufacturing process. I bought them new with the vehicle. It was agreed that they would be looked at and BMW asked about what could be done.

Initial receipt of car was good (no booking). It had broken down. RAC Patrolman carried out roadside repair. My wife then drove it to garage. Service assistant failed to read comprehensive email setting out symptoms before calling me the next week.

I am aware that it is difficult as there is building work being completed in the normal service area but felt that better use could have been made of the large sales area/showroom for clients having their cars serviced.Service = Sales not vice versa

Took too long to get through on the telephone. The amount of time needed to wait at drop off and pick up was extensive. I was not advised that brake pads and oil needed changing in 3200 miles. I only found this out through the service indicator later
Service completed on time and updates faxed to my phone of the service progress. Compressive debrief when car was collected.
1st service and extra accessories needed. Simon went extra length to find all costs & details regarding fitting of the accessories before booking my car in. Amanda also quickly found out I can take out the service inclusive package for me to buy.
Very good communication from service staff pre and post visit to diagnose and sort a problem on a rarely seen BMW M6 Gran Coupe, I was shown the problem and saw the complexity of fixing it, however the job was completed quickly and without an issue.
We traveled 70 miles to use this dealership because the customer service is excellent.

Period of time car had for due to not being able to get part. Car was valleted however on the inside cleaning product was left of the windows and centre area did not appear to be cleaned.

The Sales coordinator was interested in what the customer wanted and was not at all forceful in pushing decisions but offered sound advice and would comment if he thought my choice was not in my best interest.
