Simon Ellingham was very professional, friendly and couldn't have done more for me. I was runnng late and he stayed after 6pm so i could collect my car
When my husband was ill and subsequently diagnosed with Alzheimer's they were very helpful in collecting and delivering my car when service was needed.
Half a point less than full marks because I had to call up to see if my car was ready 15 mins before the agreed time, rather than being called. However they did wash and hoover my vehicle which was gratefully received
I was in a very difficult place and the team responded so helpfully, efficiently and kindly.
Unfortunately the car tyre reset wasnt done, so I had to come back, and was then late for a back appointment. Staff were excellent in resolving quickly tho.

Parking at your site is difficult
Helpful, polite. Only one issue which is there are not enough parking places at the service centre.
The car was given a wash but on collection I noticed that only the bodywork had been cleaned and the alloys had not.
workmanship could have been better
I was greeted warmly and the booking in process was quick. I was then driven home and picked up early to collect my car. The whole experience was smooth.

The service team at Sycamore are all very thorough, professional and friendly. They were very attentive and kept my coffee cup topped up. The kids especially loved the biscuits.
Generally very good, however service reminders were not re-set, so the car still thinks a service is due.

i am usually 100% but at this time my car drove completely different and felt unsafe when cornering, The car was taken back and re tested for alignment etc i have not yet had the chance to test if the issue has been solved.

It felt very clinical. Whilst I was acknowledged by a customer advisor by name ( one who had been at the dealership for many years) the rest of the experience felt like it was for the benefit of BMW not the customer.

It was a nice and easy experience
Car was in to have "Drive Train" fault repaired. ECR replaced and software updated. Now tailgate will not open from key fob unless all doors are unlocked first so car has to go back in to have this rectified which is inconvenient.
Because my air conditioning still smells so deodorisation didn't work.
Everything was fully explained and vehicle was returned washed and hoovered.

Very professional very helpful
It would be nice for BMW to lend a car with a full tank of fuel and obviously it returned to a full tank. lending a car with 49 miles in the tank is very frustrating when you need to get to somewhere and the first thing you need to do is find fuel.
Service throughout was quick and easy polite staff all round great customer service.
David called me to have a chat about some offers. As usual took us through the options very clearly and in detail. The car was available very quickly. And the after sales was good too.
