Service was carried out on time and up dates where given to me while I waited for the car.
I wasn't 100% happy with being crammed into the car when dropped off. Three to fit into the back seat. I would have been happier if I was asked to wait for the others to be dropped off. No big deal though. The driver was very good.
My car was serviced with no issues, the lift from and back to the service centre was very timely.

Not happy at all as this was my first service and I never heard any noise before. Richard confirmed that there was an issue. The BMW service should have asked for me to bring the car in so that they could look at the issue at least if not fix it.
The problem was resolved in a timely manner and my car came back clean and looked after.

Everything went to plan, other than tyres!! I wanted you to replace my 2 back tyre. Gone after £16k miles and I drive very easily. I got a quote from Sycamore and they were £100 more for two tyres than kwic fit. Annoying as I am a busy person
I have a 54 mile round trip to BMW Sycamore. I was told my vehicle was to be ready for 17:00. At 16:55 I was called to inform me of a potential issue. The mechanic had broke another part of the car. Surely more than 5 minutes notice should be given !

I had to wait an hour for my lift in the morning, however I do understand that the other driver was ill and so accept that these things happen

Service carried out efficiently Told at end of service may need new tyres . I was taken and collected from town during the service, Car was washed and valeted which is always good.

Having booked vehicle in I was informed that I was not entitled to a courtesy car , having to travel 20 miles each way this inconvenient

Was told it would take 45 minutes so decided to wait. Took nearly 90 minutes. That said, waiting experience was nice with refreshments and comfy chairs

I was generally pleased with the service. However, I reported an issue with the vehicle when it was booked in with the service agent. I believe that my concern did not seem to matter during the service and it was disregarded.
I had to return to the service centre to have the service light, record reset as this had not been done during the service. I also had to pick up a copy of the invoice even though it had been said one would be left in the car on its return to me.

The minor problem with my vehicle was fully resolved and the car returned having been cleaned within 1 1/2 hours of arrival.

My brakes still squeak and get told nothing you can do about the dust. Told dont make brakes like they used to.
I feel like I was charged too much :-( and I still think there is an issue with the steering. What was done was a test drive and correcting tyre pressures but I was unable to find out what pressures the tyres had been at, despite asking.

The quality of service was beyond expectations; it was far quicker than estimated, and I was happy with the standard of comfort and facilities (ie coffee machine, TV etc.) during my brief visit.

I was concerned to hear other customers' payment details being taken over the telephone and card numbers being repeated back to them in an open office within earshot of other customers. The is a breach of personal data.
You left one of your rear view mirror advertising things hanging off my rear view mirror. I didnt ask for that and dont want one. I had to take it down and then i was left with the rubbish in my car to dispose of.
It was very easy to organise and everyone had a very professional approach. I had detailed information as to what had been carried out and why.

Poor communication, not easy to get through
It was determined by checking the web that I actually had 2 items that needed inspection. The staff member then gave me an appointment then and there and it was sorted.

Service was fine. I was disappointed that one of the recommendations is to replace shock absorbers. Cost of parts £25.08, cost of fitting £363.89. I gather that they are difficult to reach, which feels like a design fault and is somewhat off putting.
