Period of time car had for due to not being able to get part. Car was valleted however on the inside cleaning product was left of the windows and centre area did not appear to be cleaned.

Met my expectations
The service was excellent but the problem was caused by something that was supposed to have been resolved while you had the car for 3 days pre christmas
The visit was for a simple MOT with a booked "waiting" appointment which I was told would take just over an hour. The car was actually in the workshop for over 2 hours and I missed an important appointment.
The work was all completed as scheduled, on time whilst I waited; all staff were polite and courteous. Alex, the customer advisor kept me informed, Sarah the service manager introduced herself, Steve the technician met me to explain the work.

I purchased the car as an approved used car from BMW and it came with a service plan. I found it quite disappointing to be told that I could not have the oil service carried out until a certain milage. This was not explained at the time I booked.
Initial contact a little frustrating, but my partner specifically asked for Alex who is excellent.
Alex confirmed to me in advance both the extent of and cost of the service. Chris gave me a lift home and collected me at the agreed time. Alex saw me to my car which had been vacuumed and washed.
It would have been completely satisfied however I felt the staff at check in were going through the motion and had an air of superiority which bordered on condescension. The car was return in emasculate condition

The staff kept me informed all the time , Paul who works there collected the car and was so respectful and polite (a real pleasure to deal with) and Lee who answered all my questions and kept me informed
Bad castemer service and no trined mechanic there
Overall the experience was very slick, efficient and professional. I dropped 0.5 a point as the cost of the service was somewhat higher than I was expecting but that does not reflect on the quality of the experience or service.

1 - I didn't feel as though I was a Customer. Queries fobbed off, servicing not explained properly, costs not mentioned or discussed2 - Servicing procedure very sloppy. Service book not filled in, invoice presented in a "Mini Servicing " folder, etc
Initially there was a problem with the booking system , but was resolved on the day.
I was booked in for first appointment of the day so that I could wait for my car and then drive in to work. Everything was completed swiftly and I was well looked after whilst I waited.
Sycamores made the whole process of the Service and MOT a very smooth experience starting with the collection of the car, through to liaison by the Service personnel and then delivery. The car was returned cleaned, both inside and out - excellent!

because by and large I was very satisfied
the work completed was of a high standard ie car working perfectly, communication during process good. I would have liked a copy of the work performed or some form of summary, as received from other dealers when warranty work is performed.
Had a few issues with the car which involved a return visit. I was not overly impressed as it was quite a long journey. This was compensated for by the very helpful Simon Ellingham, who I must say was a pleasure to deal with.
Everything was good but it was expensive, otherwise would have been Completely satisfied. Having said that it was as quoted.
Process worked perfectly for me, car booked in, a reminder the day before. Car picked up , contact re progress by service department and car delivered back well in time requested. And very clean. Thank you!
Not satisfied incorrect diagnosis was given then car was not ready on my return told exhaust valve replaced, told noise was because it's performance car 440i (lmao) i explained again my concern car left again rear wheel bearing fault found & replaced
Booked day I wanted, on time, only issue was the mechanic altered my seat setting so i had to drive home with a lower seat than l use, please ask them to leave seats alone!!.

I didn't deal directly with the BMW dealer as the car was recently purchased by me from another dealer and was taken to BMW by them to carry out the service work as the car is covered by a 5 year service plan.
Every step of the way I felt like a valued customer (despite having not purchase the car from this dealership), and was treated with respect. It seems like an odd thing to say, but having owned other brands, some dealerships have certainly not.

Great service and friendly staff in a no pressure environment
We were fully advised at all times. Jamie (Gibson) was very knowledgeable and everything we asked he dealt with in a very professional and personable manner. He explained a couple of things more than once but he was very patient and amenable.
