Perhaps review the pricing on some of the parts/oil towards a service for older vehicles. Otherwise great service support. We also added a new 2018 5 series and plan to bring this to Sycamore for its first service 2019.
I don't really need to visit the garage so to make it even better include a car collection and return service.

One of the biggest issues I have had with this location is the ability to park when you arrive, on this ocassion however I had no problem at all as I arrived early. All staff were very curteous and efficient which resulted in a satisfying experience

On arrival I found a long wait at reception to be seen and then asked to take a seat and wait to be called. 10min wait just seems a long time before you can get the car checked in. .
I cannot score this category higher because the problem has not been solved yet. The vehicle is booked in for further investigation.

It took too long to go through the "booking in" process when leaving the car for service .i.e. I waited about 20 minutes to be seen.Parking the car when arriving was nearly impossible as there were no free spaces and there were cars double parked.

The whole experience from the initial enquire to the car handover was excellent. All the showroom staff were courteous, helpful and followed through on what was agreed. Our Sales Exec, Trevor Smith, was so helpful and patient.

I can't complain about the dealership at all, they were great and always kept me informed. The delay in having the car delivered though let the whole BMW experience down a little but the effort put in by the dealership to help was great.
My vehicle is through the motorbility scheme because my son is disabled.Due to a wheelchair change we were moving from a WAV to a car.Change over had to be timed around delivery of new wheelchair. Staff ensured this went smoothly.

I have an excellent relationship with the finance manager who like me is also a very keen car enthusiast. He 'sold' me the car, not the sales team: organising the test drives and ensuring he gave me a good finance deal, as I have come to expect.
I thought the ambience in the centre was great! Nice unhurried approach and care taken to explain everything.
