Friendly, polite staff and great customer service. The measures taken for Covid safety are very good.
From being very satisfied from the first telephone call booking my car in and sending me a wall round video health check and a polite call asking for payment if it was convenient as the lady could hear I was currently driving when she called.
Very easy given the Covid circumstances, dropped the car off, picked up a courtesy car, and I felt it was all well organised, and the staff were all helpful.
Telephone booking was trouble free. Communication was clear and timely. The courtesy car was clean and could not be faulted.
Service was done efficiently. Video of the health check was sent to mobile. Man who serviced my car rang me and went through everything, explaining everything was ok but to keep an eye on the front tires as becoming low but were not needed yet.
No hassle at all although we did take out a service plan when we bought the car. The only disappointment, if you can call it that, was the 5 series loan car seemd very much an 'old man's car' and I am an old man!
Never had any issues.

The lady who met me was organised and friendly when I dropped off and picked up. Got a 21 plate courtesy car and Mike Humphrey (a warranty manager I think...) spoke to me and was super friendly and helpful.
Everything was great, I was just disappointed that you are not cleaning cars as well at the moment as that always is much appreciated. Hopefully this will start again post covid!

My car was kept in for over a week when it was in for a service/MOT and the communication from Kara/Cara was very good. However, it would have been nice if the car was cleaned post the service and repair work like it usually is.

Everything completed on time and car cleaned and ready to pick up. Process was easy despite the COVID-19 pandemic and everything was fully explained on the telephone before I picked my car up.
