Prompt and correct service.
Work requested completed under warranty. Just awaiting final parts to arrive to complete job.
Hasnt been reminded that my first MOT on my car was free with a voucher I had been provided with and ended up paying for it when it should have otherwise been complimentary. Otherwise all is ok.
The job was done speedily and a problem with my tyre was found and I was advised of this.
The service was completed in a timely manner, to the quoted price, the facilities whilst waiting were excellent and the car was well presented on completion.
Speedy, efficient and courteous. What more can you ask.
Didnt receive a reminder about MOT due as we have other years but other than that spot on
Communication really poor no phone calls or updates had to request a loan car even though I was informed that it would be available.
Keep me informed. Always pick/drop off car as agreed. No problems.
Cant fault them
Service was in general great, everything happened exactly as it should, but it took 21 days from initial enquiry to actually get a price and get it booked in. If I didn't chase it, I suspect it wouldn't have happened.

Some confusion over booking. Leasing company said one date, not confirmed by dealer. Had to wait for another date - linked to driver pickups etc..

I have known Sycamore for many years and all my BMW vehicle have been sourced from them; hence we have a great understanding of each others requirements and the service has always been first class.
The professional approach of all members of staff
staff always keep you updated and are very attentive.Downside was the car was cleaned and they used a spray on my bmw rubberised mats which caused no end of slips of the feet whilst driving and entering/exiting the vehicle, serious safety risk
Brilliant customer service. Car was washed after warranty repair work. No paperwork or money was required.
I did feel that the customer service was not st its best, after my car was serviced I was just given the keys back, there was no feedback when I have had a car serviced previously they always give you a health check sheet showing tyre wear etc
I was expecting to pay for the repair to the tyre pressure monitor. The service technician shared that as it was a computer issue, it's covered on warranty. As a girl! I'm always aware of the potential for garages to over inflate costs
All went fine from booking call to job completion.

Not completely satisfied on the basis that I booked the car in for its first oil service and was told I had not done enough miles (more than 1000 less but only just). Had to re-book..

Service was completed promptly and car clean on return but then tyre pressure warning came up as all tyres were c 0.3bar below recommended pressure.
Excellent advice and after sale service
Again nothing was to much trouble, picked up my car, returned and recieved phone call detailing state of car after the service.
The service itself was excellent.I don't like the front of house staff system with young "advisors" who can act in a rather superior way.
The service staff were polite, efficient and prompt. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that when I collected the car there seemed to be people milling doing nothing and I was kept waiting for 5 minutes
Difficult to fault.
The one man came out to ask me if I was ok and happy with the car, the know how to treat people properly. The cars are not cheap, BMW know that and treat you well to make sure you leave their garage happy. Theres plenty to look at whilst waiting.
Great experience throughout
Problem with new X3 M40i parking sensors, still not resolved, currently hit two items, awaiting response and what to do from BMW. In the meantime nearly hit another car this week. Super-visual damage to my new car in its first month so not happy.
The level of service provided was extremely high and procedures were explained by the officer assigned to my instruction.
All the works undertaken was completely to a high standard.
The service was brilliant, from reception to conclusion. I was able to wait and was kept informed of progress. My one issue is that it's often been difficult to get through to an adviser by phone, although they always call back.

Extra work was required to pass MOT (new tyre). although we were told it would take 30 to 45 minutes to fix we had to wait over an hour with no update from staff. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
I was well looked after by a young lady on arrival and all staff were very presentable and efficient
Unfortunately I was promised a 5 series as a courtesy car but on the day this wasnt available. Not an issue overall but meant experience feel short of expectations and didnt deliver as promised

Not quite top marks on this one as we had a hold up on delivery, Should have been delivered in May but arrived in August. Still we were able to borrow a loan car when needed.??

I ordered the car in February ; it took until August to arrive This was a delay but I wasnt in a rush so it didnt matter to me At all stages the centre rang me to keep me updated which was great

I decided to give it a 4 purely on the basis that I was a motorbility customer other members of staff were a little discourteous. I never got a bunch of flowers another example and I felt inferior and wanted to cry I felt my business unimportant.
