My car has been in over 5 times for a recurring fault which first raised it's head days after purchasing the car last Summer. At the same time as fault fixing I requested some additional work, I asked for a goodwill discount to cover my costs denied

The Service is always very good but the delay in booking in is frustrating. Having to wait a month every time for a date when a courtesy car is available.
Because I don't live near to the garage and a loan car wasn't available on the day, a driver took me into Peterborough and collected me at an arranged time, a great service .

I was kept well informed of progress with the service. I did feel the cost of a new central locking system and fitting it was high.It appears that it costs more to fit front brakes than back brakes, which is odd to me.

Car came back with all settings changed - seat, memory, sat nav, phone, etc, etc, hence lower score. Valet wasn't particularly good, and outside only.
The service offered on the day by your representative was excellent. We had a follow up contact from the body shop for work that needs to be done in which we provided dates but this has not been followed up.

After having a wheel refurbished I returned to find my car had been poorly cleaned without prior permission. The paint work has been damaged and an attempt was made to somewhat rectify the issue by the service centre.

1Booking could not be found for that day. Found it for following week, several days after the MOT expired! Staff explained were problems with booking system. 2) No info given after service. Empty card given saying I had a Mini!
Nearly 3 hours for an MOT and change brake fluid. Most frustrating.
Good service on the day but unfortunately the issue with my boot was not fixed (reoccured the day after taken in) and I had to rebook the car in regarding the same problem which is a significant inconvenience.
Because I had specifically asked for a specific time that I had to be away but despite this being noted and being assured that this would not be a problem the car was not ready at the agreed time and as a consequence I was late picking my children
Inspection and MOT efficiently carried out. No problems found as I had the two outstanding problems fixed at a local BMW specialist garage. Problems fixed with Faulty Cruise Control and failure of display, radio and other units by them and not by the

No issues with the girls on the front desk at all but the technician in the workshop had a bad attitude and damaged my number plates

Very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the lack of paperwork to confirm that the recall work had been undertaken and the findings of the warranty check. But then I didn't ask.
Paperwork wasn't available when I arrived to drop my car off. On collection of the car the service advisor did say that I will have lost the radio presets. However he didn't mention many of the navigation settings that had defaulted back. Annoying.

My car was on recall. Initially I was told you would need the car for 4 hours but we waited 9 hours. Various presents on the car had been removed ie mobile etc. I know this has to done would like to have been advised of this.

Mike Rowling makes the whole process of buying a car friendly and easy for someone who really isn't bothered about cars. He is knowledgeable about the range and offers unbiased honest advice.
They sorted out the issues I had in an quick and easy way.
I asked for the handbrake to be looked at but it wasn't the guy on the desk was sure there wasn't a problem with it but I said there was I think he thought better then me and just left it off the service sheet and it didn't get done

Overall I'm satisfied but it would have been much easier if the work could have been done while I waited rather than having to leave my car all day.
It is frustrating that I am charged an additional amount for using an electronic service tool when the vehicle is undergoing mechanical work. Furthermore, the service meter was not reset, so I will need to return to the garage to have that done.

I think BMW is one of the best in the automotive sector. It provides a quality experience with the busy customer in mind. Staff are well trained, knowledgeable and personal. I have never had an issue with the quality of service work. Pricing is fair.

Why have I the customer had to chase for a warranty issue and then drive 80 miles to the garage I bought the vehicle from to have all of my wheels replaced? What a great experience it could have been if this was resolved for me at my local centre?!

I had a lift booked to pick me up by 4pm and the driver arrived at 2.45pm ...a telephone call to advise me of the actual pick up time would have been helpful as it was fortunate that my partner was at home and able to go with the driver.
Average. Following a no-fault accident, I just wanted my car back to how it was before, not the touching up of a damaged bonnet (I would like that to have been replaced) and the unnecessary replacement of a rear alloy wheel that wasn't affected.

As per above.... the recent recall I had on my car resulted in my car being collected within an hour of my initial phone call. The hire car arrived on time and and the work was carried out extremely quickly....within about 3 days.

Booked in for MOT at the time requested (8.30-9am), only to be told that they needed it all day, only after complaining that this wasn't acceptable did they bring it forward. This is a crazy set up that everyone has to be there at the same time !!
I had a issue with the MOT on my car the parts were there the next day to fix the problem

the car battery was flat when we arrived which took 45 mins to replace, so wasted time. The car wasn't as clean as it could have been, ( I have a valeting company) and the floor mat was missing as the cleaner had forgotten to put it back???
The team listened to my requirements and sourced me a car that met most of them, for a price I could afford. Everyone was easy to deal with and never pushy, which allowed me to weigh up my decisions without feeling pressurised.
