Completely satisfied my wife and I visited Sycamore BMW Peterborough to enquire about my previous lease agreement and it was dealt with quickly and I picked up my 220i a few days later which was not expected but much appreciated thanks to everyone.

I received a hot drink while I was being served during my appointment. The customer service advisor helped me find a vehicle suitable for my needs. When the car was delivered, I was showed the key features in the car and showed how to use them.

Positive - service and speed of service were good on the day. I was kept informed of progress via the app. Negative - the hire car I booked turned out not to be available which meant I had to take time off work.

I was v. satisfied however I didn't think it was necessary for the team to remove my SD card from my dashcam. I understand they don't want to be filmed but you can just unplug the camera, the SD card is tiny and wasn't inserted back in properly.

Should have been a 5 but the agreed on price was reneged on. And set £100 higher (close to 4x more than agreed) eventually got the team to agree to meet me halfway at £60 but still almost double the agreed price.

Following a recall repair for the EGR cooler, the vehicle's heater now fails to produce hot air. Upon returning the vehicle, the service center denies responsibility, citing a lack of verifiable proof of prior functionality. Cause faulty thermostat.

I complained about the service on the day. The agent explained that the workshop was too busy to have looked at the tyres on time to change them that day. In my view, the garage should manage their workload better rather than make this my isssue.
