We had a dash cam fitted and I was supplied with a QR code for the instructions which trying to read and follow on a phone was difficult, this led me to call for assistance

Had MOT, failed on tyres. Car was washed & vacced, excellent job. I had new tyres fitted & I returned, car was slotted in straight away by Darren & all good. Sycamore Stamford is very convenient for me as it allows me to look round town.

They really helped and sorted out a courtesy car and managed to fit my car in, when BMW assist was meant to book my car issue in and they forgot to do so! I walked into the service department and everything was sorted promptly.

Poor .underselling cars to members of staff, having had an appt arranged and confirmed , ive complained about this before after buying at least 5 cars from the dealership but apparently they can do what they like even if it upsets real customers .

Advisory on tyre tread depth from prior dealership visit, when booking my car in for the warranty work on the app the advisory on the tyres was listed on the works with no option to remove. Ambiguous what a customer is signing for in this example.

Remains to be seen. If your fault diagnosis proves to be correct, and the installation of new genuine BMW front pads for non-genuine pads by my local garage solves the problem, I'll be 100% satisfied. If not, then you'll be hearing from me further.

My car was recovered to Sycamore for inspection / new tyre after hitting a pot hole. Video inspection report received and new tyre fitted. Very pleased with the level of service received, also excellent info received from the parts dept.
