It would have been better if the car had been delivered to my local dealer rather than having to travel for 3 hours to collect it from the dealer that sold it to me. Also the BMW financial documentation is not customer focused at all.

Really friendly and helpful, we went to a few other dealerships and felt somewhat pushed into purchasing, Martin, however gave great advice and he was relaxed, not pushy at all and allowed you space and time to make choices, while offering advice.

Very happy. Car was slightly delayed due to a recall which isn't a problem. Ed explained and kept me updated and provided a courtesy car and ensuring my old car finance was paid off in time.
