Experienced issues immediately after work done for a recall notice. Driving stability. Service centre tried to charge me £202p/h for the investigation and then a further £140 for the works. Not a good customer experience.

I have emailed(contact.us@ BMW)all details& have not had a reply yet? Brakes come on at 70mph on their own! Car was RECALLED in 2016 but not fixed! Was advised not to drive the BMW, but flippantly told I could sell it privately even tho it's not safe

The appointments are always "all day", meaning my car might not be ready for collection until 5pm. I asked if my car could be ready sooner as I would be walking around the town centre. Tthankfully my car was ready at 11.30.
