Very disappointing first experience with a BMW Centre. A £345 written authorisation became a £1,033 bill, a suspension bolt was snapped, and I was then asked for £380 extra to fit its replacement in the correct orientation. Formal complaint rejected.

I have serviced my car for over 17 yrs with Sycamore and have numerous health checks I am disappointed that recently I spent over 5k on my car and asked them before doing so if the car was sound and worth spending the money to which I was assured to

I got the car booked in quickly and the problem was diagnosed. The part was ordered and the issue was resolved.

I checked in via the app yet no one asked me if I was being taken care of I had to ask after waiting for 1 hour. fortunately the advisor who sorted out the payment was excellent and he said "I noticed you have been wating a while"

Bit frustrating you had my car for 5 days and at no point during our discussion did you advise a service was due. So again at my inconvenience I'm having to drop car back. Come on you can do so much better!

I booked the front brake pad service about two weeks before the date the work was done. From that phone onwards everything went exactly as described. Even the quote that was given to me during the call was spot on to the penny!

One week after the service the low oil warning alert appeared on my display. I had to refill the oil myself. Why wasn't this picked up on the service? Very disappointing.

I arrived at the service center 10 mins early but was seen promptly and we quickly went through what the car needed. I had booked a waiting service and was told it could take 1hr 45 to 2hrs which it was slightly sooner.

I'm super pleased and completely satisfied with how things were handled by BMW overall. However, there was a little confusion with the recovery company and what BMW Assist had communicated over the phone. But the issue was sorted promptly.

Last two visits, car has been booked in for valet whilst with you. Both times unable to complete valet. Asked for a i7 or I5 loan car on previous occasions as was looking to purchase when my ix lease came to an end. No interest so bought Mercedes.

Physical service on car was ok but length of time taken was far too long Took 2 1/2 hours for a 1 hour service Excuses were we are busy and took 45 mins to wash car Also very little parking on site as many cars parked seemingly all day

I would have given 5 stars but as I had bothered to check my car in online the night before, as requested, and found I had to check in again manually on arrival as the machine wasn't working. Otherwise exemplary service.
