I'm happy with Sycamore BMW, it's close to work and have had great service for this recall and parts I've bought before, the only thing I noticed was the boot wasn't cleaned with the complimentary wash, other BMWs have done this when in recalls

Was given a list of things that needed attention ,wiper blades were advised to be changed .Another customer was told this but was asked If he wanted them done ,I wasn't asked if I had been I would have had them changed there and then .

I had 2 potential punctures, the only offer given was to replace the tires. Today, I've been to an independent tyre repair centre where one has had a puncture repaired and the second screw removed without even needing repair

Oil engine service together with recall EGR cooler were completed improperly. Newly fitted cooler leaking and engine showing major fault on the dashboard, car released to us in an undrivable state. BMW centre did not even tell a word before releasing
