Apart from a small hiccough when making the appointment, everything went well. I was greeted politely and professionally and the recall replacement driver's airbag was completed in the estimated one hour. I was able to wait with my dog.

A bit disappointed at the number of times I had to call in order to set up the appointment. Then disappointed to know that I had to rebook my car in for a second time in order to complete the work

Great service from the staff I spoke to on the phone and at the service centre. Given a break down of suggested maintenance. And you cleaned my car inside and out. Would have been 5 stars but I you've broken my Bluetooth adapter.

There was a twenty five minute delay at the very end of the handover process, first there was an insoluble IT issue (apparently) then my car was blocked in by someone else's. Not so serious, you could say but disappointing.
