Didn't fix problem after first attempt but claimed it had been sorted. Did fix second time with different explanation.
Excellent service from staff. Disappointed to see plastic bottles of water being provided. A water cooler with reusable glasses would have been far more environmentally friendly (and you'd have got five stars!).
My car was collected by Darren and returned on time too and everything that has been done was explained to me
When you drop a vehicle in for service it takes too long to book it in. Also when collecting the process is not easy. All takes too long.
The service from the team was brilliant
Had service booked well in advance due to needing an automatic courtesy car, which wasn't actually booked. This was sorted for me however, satisfactorily.
I was told my fault was covered by the warranty on the phone but when I arrived I was told it wasn't. It turns out it was and it was eventually resolved. Staff do not seem to know what is and isn't covered. Poor

BMW Sycamore did not consider my issue to be relevant and did not offer to discount the items that I had to buy to rectify my car
The report noted that the back windscreern wiper was broken. There was no attempt to replace it which means booking another visit and wasting a morning.I was disappointed by this.

Our car was serviced and returned to us valeted within the promised time frame, with a full description of the work carried out.
Wheel corrosion sorted with new wheels and no fuss.
The work done was to the usual standard but the reason for the work being needed was not good. My letter pointed out that having done only 6400 miles since I bought the car, to be faced with a bill of £911 was unacceptable.
Staff are pleasant but I was promised that someone would phone back by 12:00 on day 2 to let me know when the car could be collected and this did not happen.
The issues I had didn't involve the services centre.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 - 2012 from Sycamore BMW with 12 months used car warranty on the 24th of January 2019. I have noticed in the recent weeks, the paint from the right hand side roof line is peeling off. I haven't assembled anything after
The service was great, tyre prices a little misleading. I was told that a match price of £182 would be matched. I had said it wasn't necessary but was happy to pay £200 per tyre, however on checking out the price was£182, +vat £36 more

I was satisfied when I picked up the car. I was told that I would need an oil change in about 3,500 miles, but the service indicator is showing 1,000 miles and I haven't done 2,500 miles since the service. Disappointed with this at the moment, unless
Poor value service for time taken
I was told I would have to wait an hour for my MOT test but it was more than double this. I would have made other arrangements if I had been told the correct time.

The car was booked in several weeks ago for a recall and winter wheel tyre swap. We were informed that the wheels had not arrived, as expected, the day before the inspection, but fortunately we kept the appointment and they turned up on the day.
Instructions on using key safe not clear enough; confusing info at the safe itself. Unclear how safe that system is vs "relay theft" & could not get answer; staff not v interested. I was apparently down as "no car wash" when I had not been asked.

Regular updates from Chris Hudson, including videoes of the vehicle as it arrived at the dealership for prep and the ease of the handover made the whole experience a pleasure.

It was pouring with rain. Would have been nice to take delivery undercover with the car kept dry. Didn't make the delivery as special as it could have been. It was just 'in the car park'
I was kept up to date with the build and delivery dates and was also able to attend the new vehicle launch and arranged a test drive immediately after
