I dealt with Nathan Owen at Sycamore BMW in Peterborough who was very helpful and patient during the whole buying process. Models I was interested in we discussed, there was no "hard sell", and respect and a friendly atmosphere was always evident.
The staff were all attentive and friendly no matter who I spoke to and the fact that I was not buying a top of the range car did not affect how they interacted with me.
Very satisfied. I was sent instructions ahead of collecting my car of the features and how to use the car's info. The Motability representative also said that I could contact him if I needed anymore information and he would provide a video.
