The service was conducted on time, and so far there have been no post service issues. The processes and precautions in place to protect both the customer and staff from Covid 19 were good. The Service team and Advisors were very polite and helpful.

I was booked in at 9.10 am and seen at 9.10 am. It felt safe and organised. I was called to say that my car was ready and picked up my car very easily, without having to be around other people. Everything that needed doing had been done on my car.
We were greeted at reception by very polite staff , and we didn't have to wait for the salesman everything seemed to be very well organised and professional. The COVID precautions put in place were excellent.
Sycamore have always been very friendly, not pushy in selling, assisted and advised in choosing options. I have never felt pressured (unlike other local dealers for other makes). Paul Abbott was very helpful and knowledgable regarding this purchase.

I dealt with Nathan Owen at Sycamore BMW in Peterborough who was very helpful and patient during the whole buying process. Models I was interested in we discussed, there was no "hard sell", and respect and a friendly atmosphere was always evident.

Very satisfied. I was sent instructions ahead of collecting my car of the features and how to use the car's info. The Motability representative also said that I could contact him if I needed anymore information and he would provide a video.
