Great customer service, easy to book, good follow up from the Team at Sycamore and love the video clips from the mechanics showing the key repairs/services they have performed
I was able to wait in the branch and work whilst my car was serviced which is very handy as I don't that close to any BMW garage so it would be an inconvenience to have to go away and come back again.
I was very pleased to be able to use the recently opened garage in Stamford... it was far more convenient for me rather than the Peterborough garage but have found both equally satisfactory

Easy and quick.
I was informed of any issues, provided with a video walk round of my car, with suggestions on how to fix issues and costing.
It was only a MOT inspection but I was left in no doubt that every aspect of the car had been fully checked over. I was even sent a video showing the underside of the car, which I can't really look at for myself.

My car is a 66 plate 1 series. I took it into sycamore as the exhaust was rattling. BMW kindly covered the costs of the part and 50% of the labour too which was very helpful considering the age of my vehicle. It was clearly a faulty part
