The fault made driving the car dangerous ,and an inspection some 2 weeks out was poor. When pressing for an earlier date it necessitated driving to the service centre some 20 miles away and the red warning light came on twice giving me great concern
Always Efficient and On Time. Have had 3 M3's now from this centre
Work done was excellent with good communication when the car was ready.

Staff were friendly
There was a miscommunicaion between your staff which resulted in me being told the car was ready for collection. After arriving to collect I was informed it wasn't ready at all. In the end there was a satisfactory outcome as car delivered to me.
service light indicator was left on the last time the car was serviced and again this time. really annoying as it comes up saying it needs a service when it doesnt
I cannot score this category higher because the problem has not been solved yet. The vehicle is booked in for further investigation.
They were great - very helpful and communicative and sorted all issues out. Will definitely use them again.
On arrival I found a long wait at reception to be seen and then asked to take a seat and wait to be called. 10min wait just seems a long time before you can get the car checked in. .

It took too long to go through the "booking in" process when leaving the car for service .i.e. I waited about 20 minutes to be seen.Parking the car when arriving was nearly impossible as there were no free spaces and there were cars double parked.

My vehicle initially failed MOT due to the rear tyre tread depths and although the replacement tyres were in stock I had a wait a total of 3h 20m. I shouldnt put a time on safety but I feel this was excessive. Seats moved again by the valet team.
The mot was booked in with a specific time. I explained I had two hours as needed to get to work to attend an important meeting. Lack of updates, had to keep asking. Car back after 3 hours! Girls laughing and giggling not appearing to do much?
Every thing went well and on time

It could have been quicker and the valeting was not brilliant. Also, the customer parking on arrival is diabolical.
See above regarding overdue service period. Also the car cleaning undertaken was of a poor standard.
Did what was promised
I had to make two journeys to Peterborough, round-trip of 60 miles, to get my service donee. My service reminder illuminated. I booked a service only to be told it was only my MOT, which I have had it done elsewhere. I was told to come back in 4 wks
The additional all-round check is exceptionally useful. On this occasion, a tack was discovered in a tyre which had not been there the previous week when the car was in for brake work.

Service carried out swiftly as I needed doing fast between European jobs , and as usual all staff very friendly and courteous.
Had bad experiences before at BMW service . Now tried sycamores very pleased with their service .

Job was done under warranty and other than having to wait a couple of weeks for the part to arrive, everything was very good.
Car was serviced and checked for steering issue. I was a little surprised that an alignment check could not be carried out free of charge as I would expect this to be a standard safety check at a service.
Mainly due to the reasons stated above. The other issue I had was that I was informed my car had been washed and when I got to the car it looked as though a bucket of water had been thrown over it.
The job was completed to my satisfaction.
The staff, from the receptionist to the complete service were excellent.
Nothing was a problem for them. They looked after me well.
Very satisfied but they did not cure vibration/rattle I ask them to investigate, so I sprayed all the dashboard and under the bonnet with silicon polish and it cured the problem.
Work carried out as requested and on time. Courtesy car provided.

The job was done speedily and a problem with my tyre was found and I was advised of this.
Hasnt been reminded that my first MOT on my car was free with a voucher I had been provided with and ended up paying for it when it should have otherwise been complimentary. Otherwise all is ok.
The service was completed in a timely manner, to the quoted price, the facilities whilst waiting were excellent and the car was well presented on completion.

Communication really poor no phone calls or updates had to request a loan car even though I was informed that it would be available.

Cant fault them
Service was in general great, everything happened exactly as it should, but it took 21 days from initial enquiry to actually get a price and get it booked in. If I didn't chase it, I suspect it wouldn't have happened.

Some confusion over booking. Leasing company said one date, not confirmed by dealer. Had to wait for another date - linked to driver pickups etc..
Fixed in a day and cleaned! ... Whats not to be satisfied with that..?

I have known Sycamore for many years and all my BMW vehicle have been sourced from them; hence we have a great understanding of each others requirements and the service has always been first class.
staff always keep you updated and are very attentive.Downside was the car was cleaned and they used a spray on my bmw rubberised mats which caused no end of slips of the feet whilst driving and entering/exiting the vehicle, serious safety risk

I did feel that the customer service was not st its best, after my car was serviced I was just given the keys back, there was no feedback when I have had a car serviced previously they always give you a health check sheet showing tyre wear etc
I was expecting to pay for the repair to the tyre pressure monitor. The service technician shared that as it was a computer issue, it's covered on warranty. As a girl! I'm always aware of the potential for garages to over inflate costs
All went fine from booking call to job completion.

Not completely satisfied on the basis that I booked the car in for its first oil service and was told I had not done enough miles (more than 1000 less but only just). Had to re-book..

Service was completed promptly and car clean on return but then tyre pressure warning came up as all tyres were c 0.3bar below recommended pressure.
Excellent advice and after sale service
The service itself was excellent.I don't like the front of house staff system with young "advisors" who can act in a rather superior way.
The service staff were polite, efficient and prompt. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that when I collected the car there seemed to be people milling doing nothing and I was kept waiting for 5 minutes
Again nothing was to much trouble, picked up my car, returned and recieved phone call detailing state of car after the service.

I have an excellent relationship with the finance manager who like me is also a very keen car enthusiast. He 'sold' me the car, not the sales team: organising the test drives and ensuring he gave me a good finance deal, as I have come to expect.

Not quite top marks on this one as we had a hold up on delivery, Should have been delivered in May but arrived in August. Still we were able to borrow a loan car when needed.??
I ordered the car in February ; it took until August to arrive This was a delay but I wasnt in a rush so it didnt matter to me At all stages the centre rang me to keep me updated which was great

I decided to give it a 4 purely on the basis that I was a motorbility customer other members of staff were a little discourteous. I never got a bunch of flowers another example and I felt inferior and wanted to cry I felt my business unimportant.
