Good service though quite expensive to replace a fog light
Although all good so far on the work carried out, sadly on this occasion i only feel fairly satisfied as a problem i mentioned with the clutch was i feel worth at least someone test driving in traffic.
Comments put on I-drive screen after service both unnecessary and inaccurate.
I did have to wait quite a long time to hand my car over. First time it's been that long, I am assuming it was the time of year as it was busy

Richard Bunting is excellent and understands how to deliver top customer service. I also like dealing with he same person so that you build a relationship and both of you understand each other.

Good service, good work. Test drive cars provided for 3-4 days, hence allowing enough time to check.
All works carried out by BMW Sycamore have always been in the time quoted and dealt with in a very professional manner.
Car booked for service 10 weeks in advance, offered courtesy car, I accepted -previous experience was that the shuttle to/from work was poor. Told the car would be ready at 5pm - it was not, returned the following morning not ready, 45 min wait.
I was kept waiting longer than expected when I picked my vehicle up and the service advisor told me he would email me some prices, which I never received.
I was happy with my experience at the garage, but not happy that I had asked for a quotation for new tyres, which I never received, even after following up with a second phone call. I got my tyres elsewhere

As noted reception poor and when I booked was told brake fluid could be changed. When I arrived was told I needed to book further appointment for fluid.

Went in looking for prices, sales advisor was saying that he couldn't look because his manager weren't in, said he would give me a call back and never did. As soon as I said I weren't buying that day he wasn't interested.
Due to an incident at service centre, they had to replace the technician but was never given an ETA or given the opportunity to come back at a later date. As a result I was late to work and stressed out and ended up in a accident
While the repair bill was expensive we are happy with the result
Was told the nominated service contact would call me when the work was done... But no one called- (they close by 5.30pm and as I had a 20 min drive to get there, I myself called at 5pm and was told the car was ready to collect.
What can I say. everything was done that the car needed I hope, I did think that perhaps the first service the car received would be free, but perhaps that was in the good old days.
Pointed out some small oxydisation on 3 out of 4 alloys and was told it was probably due to damage caused by tyres being changed. As I pointed the tyres were only changed the day before (I have documentary evidence of the same) so that is impossible.
Staff are always friendly and accommodating.

A recall update 'killed' my idrive. The car has been fine for 2 years and was updated by a specialist BMW Group to include CarPlay as originally when the car was ordered it was to be 'fully loaded' . Probable technician error killed it.
Always found the dept to be helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The computer booking system didn't show that the fault had already been identified and parts ordered or that I needed a lift back home. Everything was sorted in the end.

When I was on a service plan I was offered how I wanted to transport through my day while my car was being serviced, this time round I was offered nothing and had to ask for a lift to my home and no transport back .Very poor service to a loyal owner.

The information provided by their technician indicating I needed a new tyre was on inspection of the tyre by a third party proved incorrect. I wasted a half days leave and I could have wasted over £200 if I had let BMW replace the tyre.
I had my X5 in for Mot last week and the service department were excellent! I also picked up my brand new mini this week and as I said previously Chris Hudson went above and beyond expectations, even picking me up on his way to work to collect mini
I reported an issue with my car on the day. This was dealt with even though it was quite time consuming. Kept informed and offered a loan car instead of waiting. The two people who I dealt with were actually passionate about getting my car service.

Friendly greeting at reception. Car booked in all day for service. Informed it would be ready at 5pm. Handed my key at 5.55. No feedback on the car and I usually receive printed sheet on checks etc. Not provided, no explaination.
Very happy with staff as stated earlier, service carried out successfully, however an intermittent technical issue was not corrected and a further period of observation has proved necessary.
I'm happy with who I dealt with; very helpful and knowledgable. What wasn't helpful was my iDrive reset to factory settings and my seat so far forward I couldn't get in and the next day finding dirty marks on the roof lining from a repair.

Went in for first service and had problems with filter change which meant car had to stay until next day. Cover vehicle was OK but when you leave a performance car then they lack cover in this respect of cover vehicle. Also impacted on family travel
I had booked my car in for mot only.... but when I arrived they had also booked it in for a due service .. I had a £25 voucher at home which I was unable to use. Fortunately the adviser who took my payment at the end kindly resolved this.
