The car was booked in several weeks ago for a recall and winter wheel tyre swap. We were informed that the wheels had not arrived, as expected, the day before the inspection, but fortunately we kept the appointment and they turned up on the day.
Instructions on using key safe not clear enough; confusing info at the safe itself. Unclear how safe that system is vs "relay theft" & could not get answer; staff not v interested. I was apparently down as "no car wash" when I had not been asked.
Servicing was very expensive

Experience could not of been better, also attending to a fault in the i drivethat it was not booked in for.
The car service included a valet. On collection the vehicle had been washed but not valeted inside. I wanted to depart as I had another appointment so I did not go back into the service dept to complain. This was disappointing.
Great, fixed easily, would have been nicer to have been able to have my car fixed sooner though. It would also have been nice to have been told when I booked it in that they were aware of a recurring fault on this computer system

The service was a first service (oil change), it turns out that the majority of the cost of service was for the Micro filter. This was not explained at the time of booking or pre-service. This is a little dishonest of BMW.
Staff friendly, courteous and professional knew what was happening.
The two ladies I dealt with, Kara to begin with and Jade? who handed my car back were both very helpful and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. Parking was a problem and maybe could have been mentioned beforehand.
Booking and transport to and from BMW was fine and timely. I was disappointed that having paid for the service, been told that my car would be brought round in a few minutes it took 50 minutes until the car arrived. And that after chasing by me.

All good except I needed my car by 1pm, didn't receive a call as promised to say it was done so I went to the garage at that time to collect and the employee dealing with the car had gone for lunch. One of the team helped so I could leave on time
The service was prompt and the Centre managed to allow for the vagaries of my diary
The did the service ok after making me wait 5 weeks , Then didnt fix the idrive and sent me away saying it was fixed. I have not a car with faulty Idrive to rep in ????
I had expected some paperwork relating to the service but did not receive anything. I don't know if there are any issues, what tread is left on the tyres or what balance is left on the service plan I took out.
My car was repaired the same day.
It was a first basic service. The work was carried out satisfactorily but I delivered the vehicle at 08.45 hours but it was not available for collection until 18.00 hours in the evening.
Super service but parking at service department was a problem.

Easy and straightforward.
Eventually all was good. However I had difficulty coordinating a service and the replacement of a fog light.First point of contact Lauren was insisting that I had to have the light assessed by an engineer before a new one was ordered.
Everything went as I expected
In the beginning failure to call back twice over a problem of drive train. Then invited to two VIP E vents to view new models. When I did attend no one asked how I was getting back to Bourne nor when I collected the car post work. I had complained.
Engine light kept coming on straight after service, also steering seems to wonder on the road which didn't before.
All my vehicle maintenance over the last 10 years has been performed by Sycamore and has always been to a high standard at a sensible price.
Richard listener , was courteous, informative and responsive in addressing what was required of my car. Sarah , the manager,in passing chose to ask me how things had gone with my visit .. she knows who I am!

As above the disappointing thing was my car was scratched following the wash it recieved. I only noticed it when the sun shone. Another aspect which could be improved was I would have had to wait for approx a month to have to use of courtesy vehicle.

I was disappointed to find my idrive reset to factory settings, lots of the settings, including seat memory positions - I'm sure there's a way you can save my settings, so the car is just as I like it when I pick it up. That's what idrive is for!

Purchase our new car was very good, Disappointed by the delivery time but this was not the fault of the BMW Centre and this is why I have given it a score of 5.
