Really friendly and helpful, we went to a few other dealerships and felt somewhat pushed into purchasing, Martin, however gave great advice and he was relaxed, not pushy at all and allowed you space and time to make choices, while offering advice.

The dealership was clean and the staff friendly. We were made to feel welcome by the staff on subsequent visits after our initial visit which was not such a positive experience. Credit is to be given to the sales executive with whom we dealt with.

Would like to see more available service timed slots, it can be limited meaning you can wait longer than needed. You can sit and use a laptop etc in the waiting area which helps when your working. Staff were helpful and polite

It would have been nice to be able to get a manual courtesy car as some of use don't like driving an electric or automatic and as the designated driver was off that day I had to pay for a taxi to and from my home but otherwise all was excellent.

Work done fine, however was the 2nd attempt due to parts not ordered on first visit. Had a complimentary valet on the car which was good at first glance, however the next 3 or 4 days the interior had a horrible damp smell and foggy windows.

I am not happy that recall work of EGR replacement was not completed giving an excuse about the dash display screen so I felt let down. I still have faith it will be resolved as the warranties manager has place an order for the part required to do it

Car was in for just a MOT. Dropped off at 9am but apparently not in workshop until the afternoon. Needed to call at 5pm to ascertain if the vehicle was indeed ready to collect - should be called well before this.

Their price was noticeably cheaper than my home bmw dealer Leicester Sytner, for the service. They attended to me well while I waited and the work was carried out efficiently with a quick turn around, due to arranged loan car not being available.

It would have been better if the car had been delivered to my local dealer rather than having to travel for 3 hours to collect it from the dealer that sold it to me. Also the BMW financial documentation is not customer focused at all.
