We are recruiting for a Bodyshop MET Technician at our prestige repair facility in Glinton. We offer fantastic working conditions and hold manufacturer approvals for some leading brands including BMW and Volkswagen Group. We are looking for competent MET Technician to work in our main workshop, carrying out retail, fleet and insurance work. It is a busy department tasked with completing internal and external work, efficiently and to a very high standard. The MET Technician will undertake the following tasks, and the successful applicant will ideally have experience in these areas:

• Strip & fit operations of vehicle interior & exterior components

• Gap and align panels to the correct specification

• 4-wheel alignments and suspension work

• Good knowledge of SRS, passive and active safety systems

• Good basic knowledge of EV technology and safety awareness

• Must be I.T literate to train in the use of VM diagnostic equipment

• Researching and following repair methods

• Follow and complete workshop job cards

• Quality control their own work before handing job to next stage.

The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and take pride in their work. They will demonstrate a consistent and high level of housekeeping to ensure they deliver quality work on time.

Other Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driving licence - essential

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30

Salary: Up to £48,000 OTE (including bonus)
